- If whales are not sighted on the scheduled day, rest assured that we won't proceed with the tour.
- There's a 90% chance of spotting whales on the first day.
- However, if sightings aren't successful on the initial day, we offer the reassurance of rescheduling for another day or charging only a partial amount, ensuring your investment is protected.
- If you can snorkel with turtles and dolphins during the tour but don't spot any whales, you will be refunded 35%.
- However, if no marine life is encountered during the tour, including whales and dolphins, you will receive a 50% refund.
- In either case, you can accept the refund or reschedule for another day at no additional cost.
- To ensure a truly personalized experience, we limit the number of passengers to a maximum of 4 per boat, valuing your comfort and enjoyment.
- Our tours typically depart between 10.00 and 11.00 a.m. and last 4-6 hours, allowing for an immersive whale snorkeling experience.
- As an added convenience, we provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off services in a tuk-tuk within Mirissa and for an additional charge to other locations, making your journey to and from the tour hassle-free.
