Day 01

Pickup in Agra and Drive to Fatehpur Sikri

Guests will be picked up in Agra from their desired location and will head first to Fatehpur Sikri.

Day 02

Explore the Architecture of Fatehpur Sikri

The dynastic architecture of Fatehpur Sikri was modelled on Timurid forms and styles. The city was built on a massive scale, primarily with red sandstone. Its architecture reflects both Hindu and Muslim forms of domestic architecture that were popular in India at the time. The remarkable preservation of these original spaces allows modern archaeologists to reconstruct scenes of Mughal court life and better understand the hierarchy of the city's royal and noble residents. It is accessed through gates along the 8 km-long fort wall. Then, head to Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary.

Day 03

Rickshaw Ride Through Keoladeo Ghana National Park

Drive to Bharatpur, famous for Keoladeo Ghana National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is home to an astonishing range of flora and fauna. Arrive in Bharatpur and tour Keoladeo Ghana National Park by taking a rickshaw ride through the sanctuary. An abundance of birdlife can be found here, including the open-bill and painted stork, egret, darter, white ibis, spoonbill, grey heron, Sarus crane, cormorant, migratory geese, duck, rosy pelican, and the rare Siberian crane. Then head to Chand Baori.

Day 04

Visit the Hidden Stepwell of Chand Baori

Chand Baori is a stepwell built over a thousand years ago in the Abhaneri village of Rajasthan. It is one of the world's largest stepwells and one of the most beautiful. Located in the eastern part of Rajasthan, it was built by King Chanda sometime in the 9th century. Chand Baori is not an easy landmark to find, which makes it one of India's hidden secrets. Stepwells, also called baori, are unique to this nation. These wells have steps built into the sides that lead down to the water.

Drop-off in Jaipur

After completing the day's tour, guests will be dropped off at their desired location in Jaipur.

Best time to visit Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary:
The best time to see the park is from October to February, when there are many migratory birds. In other seasons, it can be relatively bird-free. The best times for bird spotting are early mornings and evenings.
