Day 01

Saigon Night Food Tour by Motorbike

• Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel or requested location by motorbike. We recommend starting at 5:00 pm, as local people call this the happy hour.
• Sit on the back of the motorbike and enjoy the stunning sights, smells, and sounds of the city.
• Drive to Thu Thiem Bridge to see another side of Saigon, then stop to try the famous street food "Bo La Lop" (betel-wrapped beef), a beef barbecue prepared with garlic, shallots, lemongrass, fish sauce, sugar, pepper, and salt, all mixed well.
• During the tour, you will learn more about authentic Vietnamese cuisine and the country's rich culture. You will have the chance to listen to vendors' stories and discover the history behind the food. Your tour guide will also show you how to cook and eat the dish so you can enjoy it like the locals do.
• After that, enjoy the famous longan fruit ice cream behind the local market and try Banh Mi (Vietnamese bread).
• You will also stop at a snail stall, where you can choose the type of snail and the cooking method. Enjoy the dish and experience "snail eating," an essential part of Saigon culture that is especially popular among young local people. You will also cheer with "1, 2, 3, dzo," while enjoying famous Saigon beer and exotic beer food.
