Gathering and start the food journey
Morning:
10:00 AM - 10.30 AM: Meet and Greet
- Pick-up from your hotel or a designated place you want by a private vehicle and your guide.
- Introduction to the tour guide who will lead the cooking class and provide insights into Cappadocian cuisine and culture.
- Enjoy picturesque views of fairy chimneys, cave dwellings, and ancient rock formations during the journey to the cooking class venue.
Visit the Farm garden to choose the vegetables you will cook. (During the season), if not in the season, we will provide all the ingredients beforehand.
- Learn about traditional Turkish ingredients used in Cappadocian dishes.
- Engage with local people, taste samples to learn more about the cooking culture.
Hands-On Cooking Experience
- Arrive at the cooking class venue and be welcomed with traditional Turkish hospitality.
