1. Cycling, Cultural Immersion, and River Reflections in Hue

   • 8:00 Our car and guide will pick you up at the meeting point (Hue center city). 
   • You can enjoy the fresh morning air and visit Vinh Quoc Cong Palace—Nguyen Huu Do—which worships the Nguyen Huu family with the most beautiful "gold" triple gate along Nguyen Phuc on Nguyen Street facing the Perfume River and preserves part of the story of the "elegant girl" Kim Long.
   • 9:00 Take a dragon boat ride to enjoy the beauty of the Perfume River. 
   • Here, you release fish seeds to contribute to the regeneration of aquatic resources on the Huong River. 
   • Join our instructor in “a bowl of water” meditation. Each person will hold a full cup of water, walk around the boat in a circle, then sit down and meditate mindfully. Breathe deeply and balance your body, mind, and spirit.
   • Take a boat on a beautiful sunny day. 
   • You will see the blue river and sparkling water surface, hear the bustling sounds of the streets echoing down the river, and realize that the colourful bustle still cannot cover up Hue's gentle tranquillity.
     But sitting on a boat on a drizzly day, by the dragon boat door, you will see an incredibly quiet Hue - a feeling that heals the soul. Suddenly, you will realize that all your worries are soothed and dissolved into nothingness.
   • In case of rain, you will practice meditation in the space of a Hue-style Garden house.
   • 10:00 Continuing the journey, you stop to visit a small temple located on Duong Xuan hill. The master welcomes you with a smile and a cup of tea and shares some life lessons. Here, you truly feel peace in a pure atmosphere and listen to your heart.
   • 10:30 Visit the Flower House - a home of dream for the Deaf and people born with osteogenesis imperfecta (a brittle bone disease), where you will meet, learn sign language and experience making paper flowers with less fortunate but warm-hearted people. 
   • 11:30 Have a lunch.
   • Macrobiotics is a method of health preservation, it is not only a matter of eating but also a lifestyle to help our body balance, improve health and prevent disease.
   • 12:30 Back to Hue city center. 
   • Experience the essence of royal foot bath therapy.
   • 13:30 End of the tour program.
