Day 01

La Goulette Port, Oudhna and Zaghouan Discovery

• We will pick you up at La Goulette Port upon arrival. You will meet the guide at the gangway, holding a sign with our logo and the tour name.
• Stop at the Archeological Site of Oudhna "Uthina": pickup is at 8:30 am from La Goulette Port. Drive to Oudna, which is situated in the heart of a fertile plain in a gently undulating landscape.
• Stop at L'aqueduc de Zaghouan.
• Stop at Zaghouan.
• You will stop at a restaurant for lunch. Later, you will drive back to the port of Tunis for drop-off at around 4 pm.

• The Archeological Site of Oudhna "Uthina" features a spectacular two-floor vaulted basement, among the largest temples in Roman Africa, and a well-preserved 16,000-seater amphitheater carved partly from the hillside.
• The L'aqueduc de Zaghouan, a Roman aqueduct, stretched 132 km to supply water to Carthage. It is part of the largest hydraulic complex ever built by the Romans and demonstrates their mastery of water supply techniques.
• Zaghouan, known for its roses and hammams, was established on the slope of Djebel Zaghouan and is home to around 16,000 inhabitants.
