Description
The Annapurna Circuit Trek is a must-do for any adventure enthusiast. It's a challenging but rewarding trek that takes you through some of the most stunning scenery in the Himalayas. You'll get to experience the vibrant culture of the region, as well as the challenge of crossing the Thorong La pass, one of the highest passes in the world. But that's not all – instead of retracing your steps, the tour will take you to Pokhara with a quick flight, which gives you more time in the mountains.
Itinerary

1st Day: Arrival day in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft)
- Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be offered a pick-up facility from the airport and you will stay at one of the most comfortable hotels in the city.
- You get to meet the team of trekkers, and together, we prepare for the trek. In the evening, we will offer you a lavish welcome dinner with authentic Nepali cuisine.

2nd Day: Drive to Chame (2,710m/8,891ft) 6-7 hrs walk
- In the early morning, you catch a bus/ Jeep to Chame, our destination for the day. The bus/Jeep heads towards the west from Kathmandu. Enjoy the bus/ Jeep ride watching the green scenery around.
- The bus /jeep heads ahead towards Dumre and, from there, towards Chame. It takes around 7-8 Hrs. Upon reaching Chame, take rest and prepare for your night stay at a lodge.

3rd Day: Trek to Pisang (3,200m/10,496ft) 5-6 hrs walk
- The trek starts early from Chame towards Talekhu. Continue following the Annapurna route and walk ahead. You will then reach Bharatang.
- After a short walk ahead, you reach Chemyau Kharka, where there is a memorial to Japanese mountaineer Akira Ochiai. Continue your walk and shortly reach Swargadwari bridge.
- After crossing the bridge, it is an uphill walk to Dhikur Pokhari.
- Enjoy the beautiful lush green forests around. The area is rich in natural beauty. Keep walking until you reach Lower Pisang. The night will be spent at Lower Pisang.

4th Day: Trek to Manang (3,500m/11,482ft) 4-5 hrs walk
- Today, you will leave Lower Pisang and head for Manang. You will be doing many uphill and downhill walks today. Your first stop will be Ghyaru. The village has a sparse population and has a monastery.
- Head towards Paktha from there, passing through Mani walls on your way.
- From there, the trail heads towards Nawal. Walk for some time and reach Mugje. You will pass through many temples and Gompas on your way.
- The trail then takes you to Bhraka. You then cross the bridge over the Ghatte Khola and finally reach Manang. The night will be spent there.

5th Day: Acclimatization day at Manang (3,500m/11,482ft)
- Today is the acclimatization day when you adjust your bodies to the rising altitude and rest well. Explore the areas observing the traditional and cultural life of the local community. Observe their lifestyle closely and interact with them. The day ends thus and get a good night’s sleep in a lodge at Manag.

6th Day: Trek to Yak Kharka (4,110m/13,484ft) 3-4 hours walk
- Start the trek by walking towards Ghunsang, with the Thorong River flowing on the left. You will pass through the human settlement areas and then pass through the mani wall and reach Ghayanchang. Today, there will be mostly a uphill walk.
- Cross the bridge over the Ghyanchang River after moving a little ahead.
- Move ahead, passing Thorong Khola. This area has vast grassland, and there are tea shops.
- Walk ahead towards Yak Kharka and finally reach there at the altitude of 4,018m. You will spend the night at Yak Kharkha.

7th Day: Trek to Thorong Phedi (4,400m/14,432) 3-4 hrs walk
- Walk uphill towards Ledar from Yak Kharka. You will reach Ledar, continue walking ahead towards Kone Khola.
- Enjoy the breathtaking views of the stunning snow-capped peaks around your way while crossing the suspension bridge over the river.
- Move towards the local tea house. There is a landslide area on your way to Thorong Phedi, and you will have to be extra careful.
- Walk for a while from there and you will reach Thorong Phedi, spend the night there.

8th Day: Trek to Muktinath (3,800/12,467ft) via Throng La (5,416m/17,765 ft) 7-8 hrs walk
- Start your walk leaving Thorong base camp behind and walking uphill towards Thorong La Pass. It is the world’s widest pass.
- From there, the trail takes you steep downhill through Thorong Khola and past Champarbuk. Further ahead, you reach a barren and hilly area.
- Keep moving to reach Muktinath. It is a place with huge religious significance both for Hindus and Buddhists. There are many other temples around the area. People take baths in the 108 water sprouts, believing that it will clean away their sins and consider the water holy.
- Explore the area and spend the night at Muktinath.

9th Day: Drive to Pokhara from Muktinath 7-8 hrs
- After your journey through the Himalayas and reaching the sacred site of Muktinath, you'll transition to a scenic drive that will take you to the enchanting city of Pokhara.
- The road trip allows you to relax, unwind, and reflect on the incredible journey you've undertaken. As you travel, you are treated to mesmerizing views and a chance to soak in the beauty of the Nepalese landscapes.

10th Day: Drive to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft) 5-6 hrs drive
- Today, you head back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. Take good rest and soothe your aching muscles. You will also muse over the exciting trek you experienced. At Kathmandu, a farewell is organized. Dinner will be arranged for you, celebrate the successful completion of the trek and prepare for the final departure.

11th Day: Departure from Kathmandu
- Today is the final day and we get ready for the departure. You will be dropped to the Tribhuvan International Airport. Exchange final greetings and wishes and hope to see each other next time as well. Wishing you a pleasant journey and the final goodbye.
