The itinerary

Day 01

Tataouine, Chenini and Ksar Ghilane Desert Camp

Departure from your place of stay in Djerba by 4x4 towards Tataouine.
Visit the Tataouine spice market.
Enjoy a guided tour of the Berber village of Chenini. Lunch.
Drive to Ksar Ghilane, an oasis surrounded by huge sand dunes.
Possibility of a camel ride or quad bike ride (optional).
Bathe in the hot spring.
Departure by track for the night in the desert towards the Saharan camp. Dinner and overnight in private tents.

Day 02

Matmata's Lunar Landscapes and Return to Djerba

Breakfast and free time in the dunes. Departure to Matmata via the Berber village of Tamezret.
Visit a cave house and discover the lunar landscape that the region offers. Lunch in Toujene.
Return to your place of stay in Djerba.
