11-Day Victoria Falls and Botswana Safari with Okavango Scenic Flight

On arrival at Victoria Falls International Airport and/or Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport, you will be met by our driver and guide, who will assist you through airport procedures and help you collect your travelling bags.

Depart for Ilala Lodge for your two-night stay. Check in and freshen up.

Depart for your Victoria Falls full-day experience tour.

In the late afternoon, depart for a dinner cruise on the Zambezi River.

Return to the lodge for dinner, showers, and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for a full-day Chobe safari trip.

Return to the lodge and freshen up.

Depart for a night open safari game drive and bush dinner.

Enjoy breakfast, depart with your guide, and transfer to the Kazungula Border, where you will enter Botswana. You then continue to Kasane Airport for your short shuttle or domestic flight to Savute.

Upon arrival at the airstrip in the Savute area, you will be transported to Savute Safari Lodge, where you will check in, freshen up, and have lunch.

Depart for a boat or mokoro safari in the famous Savute Marsh.

Return to the lodge for dinner.

Depart for a night safari drive.

Set out on an early morning safari guided walk with the host and other experienced field guides.

Return to the lodge for showers and then enjoy a safari breakfast.

Depart by boat or safari game drive with snacks and lunch packs for the famous Savute Marsh, where you will have the chance to see the historic presence of the Savute Channel at the marsh against a teeming backdrop of wildlife.

Enjoy visiting the ancient San rock paintings at Gubatsa Hills, a small hilly outcrop that forms a remarkable landmark in the otherwise flat landscape.

Return to the lodge to freshen up and/or shower.

Depart for a sunset safari game drive and safari dinner.

Depart on an early morning safari game drive.

Return to the lodge, shower, and then enjoy a safari breakfast. Spend your final morning at Savute.

Check out and depart for the airstrip, boarding your short shuttle flight and heading further into the wilderness to your lodge in the Okavango Delta.

Upon arrival at the airstrip in the Okavango Delta, you will be collected and transported to Xugana Island Lodge for a three-night stay. Check in, view the vicinity, and then have lunch.

After lunch, depart for an Okavango Delta boat cruise and return to the lodge.

Depart for an afternoon watery wilderness walking trail with experienced field guides and the host.

Return to the lodge, freshen up, have supper, and depart for a night safari delta game drive.

Return to the lodge, shower, have a light dinner, relax at the bar, and stay overnight.

Set out on an early morning safari guided walk with the host and other experienced field guides.

Return to the lodge for showers and then enjoy a safari breakfast.

Depart for a one-hour helicopter scenic flight and soar over the pools and lagoons of the majestic Okavango Delta.

Return to the lodge and depart for a delta boat cruise.

Enjoy a safari sunset game drive and bush dinner.

After breakfast, check out and say goodbye to Camp Xugana. Depart for the airstrip for your flight to Moremi Camp at Moremi Game Reserve. Moremi Game Reserve is situated in the central and eastern areas of the Okavango Delta and includes permanent dry land such as Chief's Island and the peninsula known as Mopane Tongue. This means that dry woodland and savannah areas lie next to picturesque floodplains and lagoons, making for spectacular game viewing and bird watching.

Have lunch and depart for a mokoro day trip.

Return to the lodge and depart for a sunset safari game drive.

Return to the lodge, shower, have dinner, and relax at the bar and lodge.

Enjoy your last two nights on safari in this wildlife paradise. Game activities include a choice of morning and afternoon game drives throughout the many ecosystems that Moremi Game Reserve offers.

Return to the lodge, freshen up, and have breakfast.

After breakfast, check out and say your goodbyes. This morning, you bid farewell to Botswana or the SADC Region. You will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Maun.

Upon arrival at Maun Airport, you will check in for your flight to Johannesburg.

Say goodbye to your host guide and fly back home.
