Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Tarangire National Park

   • Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by a representative who will assist you with your transfer to Tarangire National Park.
   • Enjoy a game drive en route to your accommodation.
   • Overnight at a lodge or tented camp within the park.

2. Day 2: Full Day in Tarangire National Park

   • Spend the day on a game drive, exploring the park’s diverse landscapes and wildlife.
   • Tarangire is home to a large number of elephants, as well as lions, leopards, giraffes, and various antelope species.
   • Overnight at the lodge or tented camp.

3. Day 3: Transfer to Serengeti National Park

   • Depart Tarangire National Park and drive to the Serengeti National Park.
   • En route, stop at the Olduvai Gorge, where archaeological discoveries have provided insight into early human evolution.
   • Arrive at your accommodation in the Serengeti and enjoy a game drive in the evening.
   • Overnight at a lodge or tented camp.

4. Day 4: Explore Serengeti National Park

   • Embark on a full-day game drive, exploring the vast plains and diverse wildlife of the Serengeti.
   • The park is famous for the annual wildebeest migration, but it is also home to lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and a variety of bird species.
   • Overnight at the lodge or tented camp.

5. Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Tour

   • Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Africa’s most famous wildlife spots.
   • The crater is home to the “Big Five” (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, and rhino) as well as many other species.
   • Enjoy a full-day game drive before returning to your lodge or tented camp for the night.

6. Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park and Departure

   • Visit Lake Manyara National Park, a small but diverse park known for its tree-climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos.
   • After a morning game drive, depart for Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home.
