Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival at Islamabad Airport

   • You will be greeted at Islamabad Airport and transferred to your comfortable hotel. 
   • Enjoy your first night in Islamabad, Pakistan's vibrant capital.

2. Day 2: Take flight to Skardu

   • Catch an early morning flight from Islamabad to Skardu at a higher altitude. 
   • Explore Shangrila Resort, the stunning Kachura Lake, and the enchanting Souq Valley. 
   • Spend the night in the serene surroundings of Kachura.

3. Day 3: Visit historic Shigar valley

   • Visit the mesmerising Cold Deserts, the awe-inspiring Manthoka Waterfall, and the historic Shiger Fort in Skardu. 
   • Travel to the charming town of Khaplu and explore its streets.

4. Day 4: Explore Majestic Khaplu

   • Delve deeper into the culture and history of Khaplu. 
   • Visit Khaplu Palace and visit the famous apple and Apricot gardens. 
   • Explore the trout fish farms of Sailing in Khaplu. Return to Skardu in the evening.

5. Day 5: Take jeep ride to Deosai

   • Depending on road conditions and availability, choose between exploring the stunning Deosai Plateau, known as the "Land of Giants," or the serene Bashoo Valley. 
   • Witness landscapes ranging from 4,114 meters to 4,693 meters above sea level. Bashoo Valley is a scenic group of villages near the Kachura region, where a thrilling offroad jeep track leads an adventure.

   Return to Skardu and spend another night.

6. Day 6: Travel to Hunza

   • Embark on a scenic journey to Hunza, passing through picturesque landscapes. 
   • Travel along KKH, offering panoramic views of the Hunza Valley and surrounding peaks. 
   • Arrive in Gulmit and experience the warm hospitality of the local community. 
   • Enjoy the serene surroundings of Atabad lake.

7. Day 7: Visit Khunjerab Pass

   • Explore the mesmerising Atabad Lake, famed for its vivid turquoise waters. 
   • Witness the iconic Passu Cones, a photographer's delight, set against the backdrop of dramatic peaks along the majestic Karakorum Highway (KKH). 
   • Visit Hussaini Suspension Bridge in Passu. 
   • Also, witness the highest ATM in the world and the Khunjerab border (The highest border in the World).

8. Day 8: Explore Historic Forts

   • Discover the region's rich history by exploring the ancient Balit Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 
   • Continue the cultural journey with a visit to the traditional Alit Village, known for its charming architecture.

9. Day 9: Travel to Fairy Meadows

   • Departing from Hunza, the day unfolds with a scenic drive along the renowned Karakoram Highway. 
   • Arrive at Raikot Bridge and travel to local jeeps for a thrilling ascent to Tato village. The journey continues with a picturesque trek through lush forests, revealing panoramic vistas. 
   • The day concludes as you reach the idyllic Fairy Meadows after 3 hours of trekking, settling into your accommodation against the awe-inspiring Nanga Parbat.

10. Day 10: Explore Fairy Meadows

    • Awakening to the breathtaking views of Nanga Parbat, the day unfolds with an exhilarating trek to the Nanga Parbat Base Camp. 
    • En route, marvel at the grandeur of the world's ninth-highest mountain. 
    • Exploring Beyal camp and the base camp area, immerse yourself in the pristine landscapes. 
    • Returning to Fairy Meadows in the afternoon, there is ample time for relaxation, complemented by a delightful dinner and warm bonfire under the bright Starline of Fairy Meadows. 

    Night stay in Fairy Meadows (Optional trekking to Nanga Parbat basecamp for those who do not want to experience physically challenging trekking.

11. Day 11: Travel Back to Gilgit

    • The 11th day commences with a reflective morning in Fairy Meadows, capturing the last moments of its breathtaking beauty. 
    • After breakfast, embark on the trek back to Tato village, where local jeeps await to transport you to Raikot Bridge. 
    • As you journey back to Gilgit, the landscape unfolds again, allowing you to savour the memories of your enchanting Fairy Meadows adventure. 
    • Arriving in Gilgit by afternoon, this brief but immersive tour leaves an indelible mark of natural wonder and tranquillity.

12. Day 12: Explore the Capital City

    • Catch a light from Gilgit back to Islamabad. In Islamabad, explore the Lok Virsa Museum, where you can indulge yourself in the rich history of Pakistan and admire the iconic Faisal Mosque, an architectural marvel and the second-biggest mosque in Pakistan. 
    • Visit the vibrant Raja Bazar of Rawalpindi in the afternoon and have a delicious dinner at the top of Margalla Hills with a bird-eye view of Islamabad city.

13. Day 13: Visit Salt Mines and travel to Lahore

14. Day 14: Explore Lahore city and Wagha Border

    • Indulge yourself in Mughal History, visit Lahore Fort and Badshahi Mosque, which are architectural marvels made of red stone and Indulge in the local and famous street foods of Lahore throughout the day. 
    • Witness the world-famous India-Pakistan Wagha Border Ceremony in the evening. 
    • Travel back to Islamabad and drop off at the Airport or take light back from Lahore.
