Day 01

Wadi Bani Khalid and Wahiba Sands Desert Adventure

• Pick-up is at 8:30 am from your hotel in Muscat.
• Your journey begins toward Wadi Bani Khalid, a famous valley in Oman with natural waters throughout the year.
• The drive takes about 2 hours, but it is well worth it. The wadi welcomes you with beautiful landscapes and flowing waters in the valley. You can dip into the waters and swim through the narrow canyons.
• You will have a lunch break at the wadi in a local restaurant, where you will have the chance to taste local food.
• After lunch, you will continue your journey toward the golden sands of Wahiba. Your experienced guide-cum-driver will showcase his dune-bashing skills and take you on a drive across the sands.
• There, you will meet a local Bedouin family at their house. Bedouins are people deeply connected to the desert. They live their entire lives in the desert and move from place to place according to the climate, while remaining within the desert.
• After this adventurous tour, you will return to Muscat city and be dropped off at your hotel.
