Explore the Zoological and Botanical Park of Tsimbazaza, visit the Croc Farm, travel through the Malagasy highlands to Antsirabe, and continue to Kirindy Forest Reserve, home to reptiles, chameleons, lemurs, and carnivorous animals seen on night walks. The tour also includes time at Kimony Beach and a sunset visit to the famous Avenue of the Baobabs, where you can admire three species of baobab found on Madagascar's west coast.

Get picked up at the airport and transferred to your hotel.

Overnight in Antananarivo (B&B).
Explore the Zoological and Botanical Park of Tsimbazaza. It is located just north of the National Assembly of Madagascar building.
Visit the Croc Farm near the airport, where you can see hundreds of crocodiles, chameleons, tortoises, the carnivorous animal called Fossa, and some species of snakes and lizards.
Late in the afternoon, we drive back to your hotel.
Overnight stay in Antananarivo (B&B).
Drive to Antsirabe, passing by Ambatolampy (NR7).
Travel through the highlands and admire the landscape.
Take a city tour in Antsirabe.
Visit Lake Andraikiba, a volcanic lake in nature.
Visit the minerals market in Antsirabe.
Visit the zebu horn and tiny toy workshops in Antsirabe.
Spend the night in Antsirabe.
Enjoy a full day of driving to Morondava.
Stop in Betafo to see a beautiful waterfall. The best season to take good photos is from January to March.
Stop by the roadside to see the gold miners at work.
Lunch in Miandrivazo.
After lunch, continue driving to Morondava through the dry forest of the west coast of Madagascar.
Night in Morondava at Le Renala sable d'Or.
Drive to Kirindy early in the morning.
Travel for 3-4 hours in the Reserve of Kirindy.
Lunch in a restaurant in Kirindy Forest.
Go back to Morondava and, on the way, visit the famous Baobab in Love and admire the sunset at the Avenue of the Baobabs.
Night in Morondava at Le Renala sable d'Or.
Relax on Kimony Beach all day.
Night in Morondava at Le Renal sable d'Or.
Drive back to Antsirabe.
Night in Antsirabe at Le Royal Palace.
Drive back to Tana.

Depending on the season:
During the dry season, from August to December, you need to bring light clothing.
During the rainy season, from December to March, you need to bring a raincoat.
During the winter, from April to July, you need to bring warm clothing.
Through all seasons, you have to wear sturdy shoes while trekking, especially when you trek through Tsingy National Park.
Do not forget to bring sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and a flashlight. Sometimes, the power does not work 24/7 in the countryside of Madagascar.
Hiring a local guide is mandatory when you visit any park in Madagascar.
If you bring USD bills, make sure they were issued after 2010. In Madagascar, no money changer company accepts USD bills issued before 2010.
Wearing a face mask is still mandatory when in a crowded and confined place.
A Covid-19 vaccine pass is required at the airport.
