9-Day Tanzania Safari with Hadzabe Visit and Walking Safari

• Your guide will collect you from your hotel and escort you to Arusha National Park. This compact park teems with diverse wildlife, including giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, Colobus monkeys, and flamingos.
• After lunch, join a ranger for a thrilling walking safari, offering intimate encounters with wildlife.
• As the day concludes, return to Arusha for an overnight stay at Kahawa House.

• Today, your driver-guide will collect you from your hotel in Arusha for a 2-hour journey to Tarangire National Park. Along the way, soak in the picturesque scenery of local villages and Maasai herds. Inside the park, embark on a thrilling game drive in an area renowned for its abundant elephant population, as well as zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, lions, and cheetahs. Savor a picnic lunch within the park, and in the afternoon, resume your wildlife exploration.
• As daylight wanes, exit the park and continue to Manyara, where you can enjoy a stunning pool vista of Lake Manyara. Dinner and overnight at Tloma Lodge.

• After breakfast, we will head to Lake Natron. The drive from Manyara to Natron is remote, with a desolate, other-worldly beauty and an incomparable feeling of space and antiquity. The roads pass through untraveled Maasai land, with small bomas and big mountains often in view.
• Upon arrival, your guide will take you on an adventurous walk to the waterfalls, so make sure to bring walking shoes. Dinner and overnight at Tloma Lodge.

• After breakfast, we will head towards the Serengeti. Take in the surrounding landscapes, complete with stunning views of Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai, a still-active volcano, and the Great Rift Valley, which stretches across several countries in Africa.
• Enjoy the scenery and, after a few hours' drive, enter the Serengeti, where you will do a game drive en route to your accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay at Acacia Tented Camp.

• Today, we will enjoy a full-day game drive in Central Serengeti, exploring the plains and the wildlife all around you. In the evening, we will stay overnight in the Serengeti. The lodge is a comfortable tented lodge, scenically located where sunrise is your daily wake-up call and the beautiful sunset invites you to gather around the campfire or enjoy a sundowner.

• On day 6, we will do a game drive in the Serengeti through the morning.
• In the afternoon, we will head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a beautifully located destination.

• Today, we will drive early into the amazing Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera. Approximately 25,000 large animals live in the crater. We will find many zebras, wildebeests, and elephants, and, if we are lucky, even rhinos. In the afternoon, we will drive to Lake Eyasi, where you will rest and prepare for tomorrow's adventure. Dinner and overnight at Tloma Lodge.

• It's going to be a special day because today we will meet the bush men. We will visit the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes who live near Lake Eyasi. The Hadzabe are a tribe of nomadic hunters. They live purely off the land and depend solely on the bush. The Datoga are pastoralists and skilled silversmiths who live near the Hadzabe and supply them with iron tips, knives, and spears in exchange for honey and fruits. After this surreal experience, we will take you to Lake Eyasi to enjoy the amazing view. After the day's adventures, take a dive and relax at the swimming pool in your accommodation at Tloma Lodge.

• After a good night's sleep, it's time to go to Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara is known for its tree-climbing lions, soda ash lake, and flamingos. Between the game drives, we will find a nice picnic site to enjoy our lunch. In addition, you can book a walking safari and enjoy the park on foot with a park ranger. It will be an amazing experience to see the animals up close.
• After our afternoon game drives, it is time to head back to Arusha, where your safari adventure will come to an end.
