4-Day Tanzania Camping Safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro

You will be picked up at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to your arranged hotel in Moshi or Arusha. There, you will meet your driver-guide, who will brief you on your upcoming safari before you rest for the following day.

Depart from Moshi for Serengeti National Park after breakfast, travelling via Ngorongoro and Oldupai Gorge, where the fossil of the first humans, called Zinjanthropus, was discovered by Dr. Louis Leakey and Mary Leakey. You will travel with lunch boxes and continue with an afternoon game drive on arrival. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Seronera Campsite.

After breakfast, enjoy a half-day game drive in Serengeti National Park. This park covers an area of 14,763 square kilometres, and its name comes from the Maasai language, meaning "endless plains". Wildlife such as lions, Thomson's and Grant's gazelles, zebras, buffaloes, hippos, elephants, and cheetahs can be found here. Later, drive to Ngorongoro for an overnight stay at Simba Campsite.

After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater at 6:30. Here, you will encounter unique attractions around this historical caldera, where people and wildlife live together without harming one another. Get a chance to observe wildlife including lion, elephant, hippo, wildebeest, warthog, and zebra, and see Lake Magadi, Lerai Forest, and Ngoitokito Swamp, accompanied by lunch boxes.
