Day 01

Moshi to a Maasai Village Cultural Experience

• We take you from your hotel in Moshi to a Maasai village for various activities.
• Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and head towards a Maasai village on a scenic one-and-a-half-hour drive. During a walk through the village, your personal Maasai guide will explain the past and present life of the Maasai people in Tanzania. After arriving at the village, a welcoming group of Maasai people and the Village Chief will greet you with an amazing song. You will spend the whole day at the Maasai village, where you will also have a chance to taste local Maasai foods. At sunset, a group of Maasai men and women gather for traditional singing and dancing performances, and you are welcome to join in.
• After enjoying your Maasai village day trip, you will say goodbye to the Maasai people in the evening with many new impressions in your mind. Then, you will be driven back to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
