Angkor Thom Gondola Ride and Prasat Chrung Visit

Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the boat pier.

Stop At: Angkor Thom South Gate, National Road #6 Angkor Archaeological Park, Siem Reap 17252 Cambodia
Visit and take beautiful photos of the South Gate entrance to Angkor Thom city. The South Gate is one of the five gates guarding the ancient city of Angkor Thom and is the best preserved of them all. It was built by King Jayavarman VII in the late 12th century and served as one of the five holy Buddhist gateways to Angkor Thom. Some of the original heads from the "naga avenue" are now kept in the Angkor Conservation Museum.

Stop At: Angkor Gondola Boat Pier, CVG4+JCR, Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia
Angkor Gondola Boat is a unique Khmer traditional boat service in the Siem Reap-Angkor Archaeological Park. An Angkor temple pass is required and is not included. The pier is located to the west of the Angkor Thom gate.
All guests depart from this port to visit the wall of Angkor Thom.

Travel along the waterway where history, nature, and culture come alive as you visit Prasat Chrung, one of four identical temples marking the corners of Angkor Thom. This peaceful site rarely sees a soul, making it an atmospheric place to seek solitude. From here, you can enjoy views over Angkor Thom's vast moat. The Prasat Chrung temples were dedicated to the Bodhisattva Lokeshvara, and we will stop here to visit the temple.
You will enjoy views of the historic waterway and take photographs along the great wall of Angkor Thom, the Royal Secret Path, and the City Guard Post. You can also see the beautiful sunset.
