The itinerary

Day 01

Sakkara, Memphis, and the Giza Plateau

Our tour will start at the pick-up point of your choice in Cairo. We begin with the Pyramid of Djoser in Sakkara, where the ancient Egyptians of King Djoser's time built a great complex with a step pyramid at its heart. On the way, our Egyptologist will provide information about the archaeological sites we will visit.

We will then proceed to the Great Temple of Ptah in Memphis. After this visit, we will have lunch before exploring one of the most important archaeological sites in the world, the Giza Plateau. Enjoy looking at the Great Sphinx while listening to explanations about its origins, its connection to the stars, and why it has no nose.

After the conclusion of the tour, we will drop you off at your hotel or residence.
