Flight from Cairo to Luxor

Start your journey at the Valley of the Kings, where you'll visit the visitor center and then venture into the inner rock-cut chambers and tunnels. While guides are not allowed inside the tombs, your guide will provide descriptions and insights before you enter. Marvel at the colourful hieroglyph-covered corridors and painted chambers that once housed the remains of Egypt's pharaohs. For an additional cost, you can even enter the tomb of King Tutankhamun.
Next, head to the magnificent Hatshepsut Temple, an incredibly well-preserved temple and a true architectural gem. Explore its three levels and traverse the wide ramps that connect them, marvelling at the impressive craftsmanship and design.
Continue your journey with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon, two imposing statues of King Amenhotep III that remain a testament to the grandeur of the past. These statues, made of quartzite sandstone transported from Cairo, evoke a sense of awe and wonder.
