The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Entebbe

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to Malakai Ecolodge in Entebbe.

Day 02

Drive to Bwindi National Park

After breakfast at your Entebbe hotel, embark on a journey to Bwindi National Park. Along the way, pass through Mbarara town, known for the Ankole people and their long-horned cattle. Lunch will be en route, and you will continue your drive while enjoying scenic countryside views. Check in at Four Gorillas Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 03

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

Start your day with tea or coffee at the lodge before heading to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking. Trek into Bwindi Impenetrable Forest with ranger guides, exploring the lush forest and encountering various bird species.
Once you locate the gorillas, you will spend an hour observing them and capturing the experience.
After the trek, visit the local community to immerse yourself in their culture.
Return to Four Gorillas Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 04

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast at Four Gorillas Lodge, you will journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Enjoy wildlife sightings in the savannah while driving to Elephant Hab Lodge, where you will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 05

Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

Set out on an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi area, where you may spot early predators such as leopards and lions, along with other wildlife and bird species.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat ride on the Kazinga Channel, observing hippos, buffaloes, elephants, and more.
Return to Elephant Hab Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 06

Drive to Kibale National Park

After breakfast, depart for Kibale National Park. Enjoy a short game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park along the way, then spend the rest of the day relaxing at Kibale Forest Lodge.

Day 07

Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Wetlands Tour

Start your day with breakfast at the lodge, then head to Kanyanchu for a briefing on chimpanzee trekking.
Trek through Kibale Forest, encountering primates such as black-and-white colobus monkeys and baboons, as well as various bird and butterfly species.
Spend an hour with the chimpanzees once you find them.
Afterward, join the Bigodi tour to explore the wetlands and see more bird species.
Return to Kibale Forest Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 08

Drive to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast at the lodge, begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park.
Enjoy lunch along the way, then check in at Pakuba Safari Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 09

Game Drive and Nile Boat Cruise

Embark on an early morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park, spotting various wildlife.
After lunch, take a boat ride on the Nile to view Murchison Falls and wildlife along the water.
Return to Pakuba Safari Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 10

Return to Kampala via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After an early breakfast, drive back to Kampala with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a rhino tracking experience.
Enjoy lunch before continuing your journey to Kampala, where your guide will drop you off, concluding the tour.
