Day 01

Cradle of Humankind and Lesedi Cultural Village Experience

8 am - Pick-up.
9 am - We start early in the morning with our visit to the Cradle of Humankind (Maropeng Museum) before the rush. Maropeng Museum is unique, as it tells the history of mankind and includes fossils found in the area that are over 2 million years old. It is an international heritage site with the famous Mrs Ples fossils and the complete skull of a Homo sapien dating back 2.5 million years.
11 am - Tour the Lesedi Cultural Village and get a fantastic opportunity to visit 4 different cultural villages, including the Zulu, Xhosa, Pedi and Basotho cultures. We do a drumming session, and then it is the final stop: a singing and dancing show with some of the best African entertainers in South Africa. You do not want to miss this.
1:40 pm - Have lunch in Lesedi. Enjoy a special 4-course lunch in African style. You will love it.
4 pm - Drop-off.
