The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Kotamobagu City

12.00 - 13.00 pm: Pick up at the hotel or airport and drive directly to Kotamobagu City. The journey takes approximately 3 hours.
15.00 - 16.00 pm: Check in at the hotel, then enjoy free time to visit some tourist spots near Kotamobagu City.

Stay overnight.

Day 02

Ambang Volcano Hike and Return to Manado

07.00 am: After breakfast, check out and drive directly to Ambang Volcano.
08.00 am: Start climbing from Bongkudai Baru Village. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on your fitness. From the village, the trail leads up through open plantations and farmland with a wonderful view of Moat Lake and Minahasa land in the distance.
09.00 am: Arrive at the basecamp and enjoy a spectacular view of solfatara fields, fumaroles, and white steaming gas coming out from the crater.
10.00 - 11.00 am: Return to Bongkudai Baru Village and drive directly to Manado City.
