The itinerary

Day 01

Explore Luang Prabang's World Heritage and Local Traditions

Your guide will meet you at your hotel at 8:30 a.m. for a visit to the morning fresh market.
Buy fresh vegetables, then begin cooking with a local family. You will learn how to cook Lao foods and then offer them to the monks for blessings.
After that, visit a paper-making village where you can learn and share good experiences in making paper, stars, lanterns, postcards, and more.
After lunch, continue to visit the King's Palace, Wat Xiengthong, and finally Mount Phousi to watch the sunset.
Then return to the hotel. End of the tour for today.

Day 02

Alms Giving, Waterfall Visit, and Mekong Cruise

Meet in the lobby at 5:30 a.m. for sightseeing at the alms-giving ceremony. You will see more than 100 monks collecting food on the streets, and you can also offer food to the monks.
After that, take a 45-minute drive to the waterfall. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the waterfall park and spend your wonderful time there.
Then drive back to the city and continue on a boat cruise to visit a pottery village.
After that, cruise upstream on the Mekong to Pakou cave, stopping at whiskey villages along the way.
Finally, return to the hotel. The service ends in the late afternoon.
