Full-Day Tour To Memphis, Sakkara & Giza Pyramids
- In the morning, you will be accompanied by our Egyptologist English-speaking tour guide. Here, you will explore the Pyramid of King Snefru, the founder of the Old Kingdom, which includes both the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid. These structures link the Step Pyramid of King Djoser at Sakkara to the Giza Pyramids.
- Continuing your journey, you will visit Memphis, Egypt's first capital, until the end of the Kingdom. From there, the tour proceeds to Sakkara, known as the city of the dead. Here, you'll encounter the iconic Step Pyramid of Djoser.
- The tour then takes you to the renowned Giza Plateau. You will have the opportunity to explore the Great Pyramid of Cheops, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world that still stands in awe. Additionally, you'll encounter the Middle Pyramid of Khafre and the smaller Pyramid of Mycerinus.
- At the base of the Pyramids lies the Sphinx, which was unearthed in 1912. This colossal statue was a symbol of terror for the ancient Egyptians.
