Walking Tour Through Historic Cienfuegos

Tour plan
- We provide detailed information on the city's history, from the moment of its foundation to the present day. The client will have the possibility of visiting several emblematic buildings in the historic center, such as Tomás Terry Theater and Ferrer Palace, today the Benny Moré Arts Museum. Both buildings are 19th-century architectural jewels, making them essential visits.
- At Ferrer Palace, you will have the opportunity to go up to the beautiful tower on its terrace and admire one of the most beautiful and complete views of the city.
- You will also have the chance to walk along Cienfuegos Boulevard, the Prado promenade, and El Muelle Real, where the city meets the sea. The Cienfuegos boardwalk leads to the Punta Gorda area, where you can admire the large clubs, the baseball stadium, the majestic yacht club, and finally the emblematic Palacio de Valle, considered a national monument for being the only one of its kind in the country. From its terrace, you can taste a delicious and refreshing cocktail.
- Other places of historical interest that you can visit are the Cathedral of Cienfuegos and the Provincial Museum.
- At the end of the tour, you have the option of enjoying a tasty and varied lunch or dinner with different typical dishes of our Creole cuisine, in addition to the seafood that characterizes the city, at one of the many specialized restaurants.
Note: Transportation is provided from José Martí Square to the Punta Gorda area (Palacio de Valle).
