Explore the mountain town of El Valle de Antón in central Panama, set inside the crater of an extinct volcano and surrounded by mountains and cloud forests. Tour El Valle de Antón.

El Macho Waterfalls, the most famous waterfall in the El Valle region, is the 35 m-high Chorro El Macho, one of four cascades located about 2 km north of town. It is a 15-minute walk from the road and the entrance to the Canopy Adventure tour.
El Nispero Zoo. Endangered frogs are the star attraction at this zoo, which is also home to coyotes, jaguars, and exotic birds.
Las Mozas Waterfall, the most accessible of the waterfalls around El Valle, is Chorro Las Mozas, located about 2 km southwest.
At the end, go to a public market.
