5-Day Turkey Highlights Tour with Istanbul and Cappadocia

• Upon arrival at Istanbul International Airport, your guide will meet you, assist you, and transfer you to the hotel. Istanbul was the capital city of the Byzantine and Roman Empires and the Ottoman State. It is a fascinating city that stretches across two continents, Europe and Asia. It is an amalgamation of museums, bazaars, minarets, mosques, churches, palaces, and restaurants catering to everyone's taste, customs, and its fifteen million people.

Overnight in Istanbul.

• After breakfast, we begin the Istanbul City Tour. Our first visit will be to the Hippodrome. The ancient Hippodrome was the scene of chariot races and features three monuments: the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column, and the Column of Constantine.
• Then, we will visit the Sultanahmet Imperial Mosque, known as the Blue Mosque because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles.
• Our next visit will be the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, previously known as the Church of Divine Wisdom. Lunch break will be at 1:00 p.m.
• After lunch, we will take you to Asil Efendi for shopping.
• After the tour, transfer back to your hotel.
• Optional Dinner Cruise on the Bosphorus Tour: Tonight, between 19:30 and 23:30, we have an optional entertaining dinner cruise program on the Bosphorus. The entertainment ends at about midnight, followed by transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Please note: Do not forget to carry a headscarf when visiting religious places like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Mosque.

• After breakfast, enjoy the Bosphorus by boat and visit Dolmabahçe Palace, Yıldız Palace, Ortaköy, Rumeli Fortress, and Beylerbeyi Palace.
• Lunch break at a Turkish restaurant. After lunch, we will take you to the Grand Spice Bazaar for shopping.
• After the tour, transfer to Istanbul Airport for a domestic flight to Cappadocia.
• Transfer from the airport and check in to your hotel in Cappadocia.

Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.

• Optional Cappadocia Turkish Night Show: At 7:30 PM, we have an optional tour to enjoy our Turkish Night Shows.

• For guests experiencing the Hot Air Balloon Tour, we will pick you up from your hotel at 05:30 am before sunrise. After the flight, we will return to the hotel for breakfast.
• After breakfast at 09:30, depart for the Cappadocia Tour.
• We will drive you to Özkonak Underground City and Göreme Open Air Museum. Lunch break will be at a restaurant in Avanos.
• After lunch, visit a pottery workshop and explore Love Valley and Devrent Valley.
• The last stop is the Three Beauties rock formations. Return to the hotel.

Overnight in Cappadocia.

• After breakfast, you will have free time in Cappadocia.
• Today, we will depart for Kayseri Airport for a domestic flight to Istanbul and your onward journey home.
