Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu

  • Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu according to your flight schedule.
  • Receive a warm welcome and assistance from our team in the arrivals area.
  • Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu.
  • Enjoy a free day to relax and acclimatize.

Day 02

Kathmandu Sightseeing and Trek Preparation

  • Enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley after breakfast.
  • Visit Swayambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, the Temple of the Living Goddess, Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath.
  • Attend a trip briefing and make preparations for the trek.

Day 03

Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

  • Fly to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region.
  • Begin trekking towards Phakding on a walk of about four hours.
  • Overnight stay at Phakding.

Day 04

Trek to Namche Bazar

  • Enter Sagarmatha National Park and continue towards Namche Bazar.
  • Cross several suspension bridges along the trail.
  • Namche Bazar, a beautiful Sherpa town, will be your overnight destination.

Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazar

  • Spend the day acclimatizing in Namche Bazar.
  • Hike to the Everest viewpoint, with an optional hike to Khumjung.
  • Return to Namche Bazar for relaxation.

Trek to Dole

  • Continue towards the Gokyo Valley.
  • Trek to Dole, a peaceful village with fewer trekkers.

Trek to Machhermo

  • Trek to Machhermo, located just below the Ngozumpa Glacier.
  • Enjoy the views and the challenging terrain along the way.

Trek to Gokyo Lake

  • Trek into the Gokyo Valley, passing two beautiful lakes.
  • Settle on the shore of the third lake.

Hike to Gokyo Ri

  • Take an early morning hike to Gokyo Ri for stunning views of the Himalayan peaks.
  • Explore and relax around the Gokyo Lakes.

Trek to Thagnak

  • Trek to Thagnak after a wonderful day in Gokyo.
  • Explore the area after lunch.

Cross Cho La Pass to Dzongla

  • Cross Cho La Pass at 5,420 meters.
  • Enjoy the views and continue on to Dzongla.

Trek to Lobuche

  • Trek to Lobuche, where you will meet trekkers on the Everest Base Camp trail.
  • Explore the area and stay overnight.

Everest Base Camp Excursion

  • Trek to Everest Base Camp and then return to Gorakshep.
  • Enjoy stunning views of the mountains.

Kala Patthar Hike and Return to Lobuche

  • Take an early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise and mountain views.
  • Trek back to Lobuche for an overnight stay.

Trek to Lobuche Peak High Camp

  • Attend a pre-climb orientation and warm-up exercises.

Summit Lobuche Peak

  • Return to High Camp for the night.

What's Included

  • Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the trek.
  • Fresh fruits every night after dinner.
  • Trekking lodge (tea house) accommodation during the trek.
  • All necessary paperwork, including the Sagarmatha National Park entry permit and Trekker's Information Management System (TIMS) permit.
  • Peak climbing permit and other necessary fees.
  • Two nights of twin-sharing tent accommodation after Lobuche, with hygienic meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), tea and coffee, and seasonal fruit or cane fruits.
  • Camping tent and climbing rope provided.
  • Lukla flights (Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu), including airport tax and pickup and drop-off.
  • A highly experienced, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, English-speaking, well-trained, government-licensed trekking guide and climbing Sherpa, with salary, food, drinks, accommodation, transport, and insurance included.
  • Strong, helpful porters with proper equipment (1 porter for two people), with salary, food, drinks, accommodation, and insurance included.
  • Comprehensive medical supplies (a first aid kit will be available).
  • Arrangement of emergency helicopter service (paid by your travel insurance company).
  • Use of sleeping bags, down jacket, duffel bag, and walking poles (to be returned after the trip).
  • Government taxes and official expenses.
  • An oximeter to check your pulse, oxygen saturation, and heart rate twice daily. This is very useful for checking Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) symptoms and helps ensure your trek is in the safest hands possible for all levels of trekker.
  • Assistant guide for group sizes above 8 pax.
