Frederiksborg Castle Tour
Drive to Hillerød from Copenhagen.
Visit Frederiksborg Castle and see the Baroque style gardens next to the lake. It is a palatial complex in Hillerød, Denmark. It was built as a royal residence for King Christian IV of Denmark/Norway in the early 17th century, replacing an older Manor House acquired by Frederick II and becoming the largest Renaissance residence in Scandinavia.
The National History Museum is a part of the Palace.
