Visiting Shkodër means giving yourself the privilege of touching the ancient history of Albania. Located in a wide plain about thirty miles from the sea, Shkodër is closely associated with water: the great lake to the southwest, the Drini River to the east, the Kiri River among the mountains, and the Buna River to the south. This full-day tour combines the city's legendary Rozafa Castle, its pedestrian center, and two of its most important museums for a rich cultural introduction to one of Albania's oldest cities.

Departure from our offices at Rruga Myslym Shyri 7, Tiranë, near Intersport.

Visit Rozafa Castle, the strongest castle of the Labeats, and hear the amazing legend connected to it. The story tells of the human sacrifice made at the time of its construction.
Walk through the pedestrian area of Shkodër.
Free time for lunch.
Visit the Ethnographic Museum of Shkodër, housed inside a traditional Albanian house, where each room showcases a different aspect of Albanian life.
Visit the Marubi Photography Museum, now the National Museum of Photography in Shkodra, which comprises over 150,000 photos, many of them of great historical, artistic, and cultural significance.
Time for a coffee in Shiroke.
Arrival in Tirana.
