Private Jaipur Heritage Tour
- We normally start at 08:30 hrs from your hotel after breakfast. The first stop is in front of the most photogenic place called Hawa Mahal, a beautiful facade that marks one of the significant roads of the walled city.
- Later, we drive to Amber Fort, one of the most beautiful fort-palaces located 8 km from the walled city. It is an excellent construction from the 16th and 17th centuries. This fort houses the famous Sheesh Mahal, or Glass Palace. After visiting the fort, we drive back to the Pink City, but on the way, we stop at the centuries-old site known as the Water Palace and then experience one of the city's major businesses at a gemstone workshop. You will understand this age-old art from scratch to beautifully designed gemstone jewellery.
- After this experience, we head towards the astronomical observatory, called Jantar Mantar, one of the least talked-about places but a great site to understand the scientific approach of the 18th century.
- We then keep walking towards the City Palace Museum, the former residence of the royal family. This palace has a fantastic gallery of textiles, costumes, and weapons, along with open, spacious, colourful courtyards. You can quickly feel the royal essence while visiting this museum. This way, you can finish your visit to Jaipur with a few unforgettable stories as a gift.
