Day by day
Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, where you will receive a warm welcome from a tour representative before transferring to Sigiriya, an ancient city in Sri Lanka. Check in to the hotel and proceed to your first activity on this Sri Lanka wildlife safari tour. Afterwards, return to the hotel and relax, depending on your time of arrival.
Overnight stay at Sigiriya Fresco Hotel.
After a leisurely breakfast, set off to Sigiriya Lion's Rock for a 3-hour hiking tour. After visiting Sigiriya Rock, proceed to the beautiful east coast city of Pasikudah. Passikudah is a small coastal village in eastern Sri Lanka, about 35 kilometres from Batticaloa. It is famous for its golden bay and clear, shallow waters, where you can wade 50 metres into the sea. Lunch will be at a restaurant on the way. Check in to the hotel and relax.

After breakfast, proceed to the beautiful city of Ella. The relaxing hilltop village of Ella benefits from a more temperate climate than much of the rest of the country, thanks to its high elevation. The pleasant temperatures make Ella's scenery lush and diverse, with cloud forests and tea plantations covering the hills. Take plenty of walks across this verdant landscape during your holiday in Ella to see many old temples, waterfalls, and popular places to soak up stunning scenery views.
During the day, you can take advantage of picturesque locations such as the Demodara Nine Arches Bridge and Ravana Falls, and visit Amba Estate, known for its artisanal teas and coffee.

Enjoy an early breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Kandy. On the way, take a scenic train ride from Ella to Badulla, and enjoy sightseeing at Ramboda Waterfall along with a tea factory visit.
Kandy is both an administrative and religious city, as well as the capital of the Central Province. It is home to the Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), one of the most sacred places of worship in the Buddhist world. It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1988.
Enjoy sightseeing at the Temple of the Tooth Relic, Royal Botanical Gardens Peradeniya, an arts and crafts workshop, an oriental marketplace, a bazaar, and a gem lapidary where you can see how rough gems, particularly the famous Blue and Star sapphires, are mined, cut, and polished using traditional methods. In the evening, attend a cultural dance show.
Overnight stay at Kandy Topas Hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, proceed to Bandaranaike International Airport, visiting Pinnawala Elephant Park and a spice garden on the way. Then leave for the airport for your onward flight.
