The itinerary

Day 01

Transfer to Murchison Falls via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Pick up from your hotel after breakfast and embark on the journey out of Kampala, heading northwest. Stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a rhino-tracking experience, the only place in Uganda where rhinos live in their natural habitat. Afterwards, transfer to your lodge in Murchison Falls.

Day 02

Early Game Drive and Boat Cruise to the Bottom of the Falls

Set out early in the morning before dawn for a game drive in search of predators and other wildlife such as lions, leopards, hyenas, elephants, and kobs. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a boat launch on the Victoria Nile to the bottom of the falls, where you can expect to see hippos, swimming elephants, buffalos, Nile crocodiles, and different water birds.

Day 03

Top of the Falls Visit and Transfer to Entebbe

After breakfast, cross the Nile to the southern part of the park and drive to the top of the falls to view them from above. Afterwards, proceed to Kampala with a possible lunch stop at Masindi Hotel, Uganda's oldest hotel. Depending on your flight time, you can relax at your lodge or hotel, or visit the local gift shops to buy souvenirs as physical memories of your tour of Uganda. Then transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
