Night Tour of Simatai Great Wall and Gubei Water Town
Meet your tour guide in your hotel's lobby at the prearranged time. Then head directly to the Simatai Great Wall, which takes about 2 hours. Your tour guide will explain the history and stories along the way, and you are welcome to ask questions at any time.
Upon arrival at Gubei Water Town, your adventure will begin with a cable car ride to the top of the Simatai Great Wall. There are 10 watchtowers open to the public at night, and your tour guide will explain the history and stories along the way. You will also have some free time to enjoy the beautiful lanterns lighting up the path of the Great Wall and overlook the entire Gubei Water Town.
When you are ready, descend by cable car and begin a walking tour to discover the charms of Gubei Water Town. Gubei Water Town is a replica of Wuzhen Water Town in Southern China. There are 6 areas in Gubei Water Town, including the Old Barracks Area, Minguo Street Area, Water Street Area, Wonglong, and more. You will find many interesting shops and tasty restaurants here, with leisure time to explore the area.
After a delicious dinner at a restaurant, you will be transferred back to your centrally located hotel in Beijing.
