Day 01

Local Market Visit, Cooking Class, and Traditional Meal

• On this tour, guests will be picked up from their hotel and taken to a local Indian kitchen.
• They will then be given Indian dresses and some money to buy seasonal vegetables.
• Guests will accompany me to the nearby vegetable market, where, like other Indians, bargaining is necessary.
• After returning to the kitchen, they will be supervised and assisted in cooking food in Indian style using age-old Indian utensils and methods.
• After the cooking class, guests will be seated comfortably and served food in the age-old Indian style on dishes made of leaves (biodegradable).
• After the food tour, guests will be given a short lecture on Ayurvedic cooking and eating food.
• Guests will then be dropped back at their hotel.
