And we know just the places to take you. There's no better way to unlock the hidden secrets of Hanoi and its cuisine than through this unique, carefully designed street food adventure. Some of the street food you can sample on this tour includes the usual suspects that are loved by both locals and visitors alike:
- Bun Cha (grilled pork patties with noodles)
- Pho bo (beef noodles)
- Bun Rieu (crab noodle soup)
- Pork porridge
- Savoury Vietnamese pancakes (Banh Xeo)

The tour also infuses flavours and food that are usually off the tourist radar, including:

The experience also includes a visit to the market, if the market is open. Not all of it can be included in the time allotted for the tour, and some places are only open at specific times, which is why we have designed the tour to include suggestions from the guests as well as suggestions from our host. This mixture allows a good balance between customizing personal tastes and covering the must-haves in Hanoi's street food scene. Please note that the tour is 2-3 hours long, depending on the group size. A small group of fewer than ten people would have a tour of less than 3 hours.
