Day by day
Meet in the city of Dushanbe at the hotel. Early at 8 o'clock in the morning, depart from Dushanbe for Darvaz via Nurek, Danghara, and Kulyab, where you will have lunch featuring national cuisine. Continue through the Shurobod district and stay overnight in a guest house in Darvaz.
Have breakfast at the guest house with local cuisine, then enjoy a sightseeing tour of the centre of Darvaz before continuing the journey towards the city of Khorog. Pass the fork in the Vanj region, then travel through the Rushan region, where lunch will be served at a local cafe, and continue through the Shugnan region before accommodation in a guest house in the city of Khorog.
After breakfast at the guest house with local cuisine, take a sightseeing tour of the city. Nowadays, Khorog is the oblast's scientific, cultural, educational, and economic centre. The city hosts the Humanities Institute, the Pamiri Biological Institute of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Khorog State University, the University of Central Asia, a vocational school, a medical college, and a Music & Drama Theatre, as well as a hospital with modern medical equipment.
After lunch, drive towards the hot mineral spring of Garm-Chashma and check in to a guest house.
Have breakfast at the guest house. Enjoy water procedures before lunch, and after lunch leave in the direction of the Shugnan region. Accommodation will be in a guest house, with time to become familiar with the lifestyle of the local people.
Return from the Pamirs to Dushanbe and arrive in the city in the evening.
