Timna Park, Red Canyon, Mamshit and Madaba
- Begin your day by driving to Timna Park, about 25 km north of Eilat. Spend the morning exploring the stunning landscape of the park, including its famous rock formations, ancient copper mines, and the world's oldest known copper smelting furnace.
- Drive to the nearby Red Canyon, a scenic canyon with towering red walls and a winding riverbed.
- Drive to Mamshit National Park, about an hour from the Red Canyon. Explore the city's ruins, including the market street, bathhouse, and ancient homes. You can also see the remains of a Byzantine church.
- After Mamshit, drive to Madaba, a town in Jordan famous for its ancient mosaic map of the Holy Land. It's about a 1.5-hour drive from Mamshit to Madaba. The map is located in St. George's Church, which you can visit to see the stunning mosaic floor that dates back to the 6th century.
