Day 01

Churches, Nativity Square and Solomon Pools

Start the day with a visit to the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus and one of the oldest surviving Christian churches in the world.
Next, head to Nativity Square, right in front of the Church of the Nativity. Take a stroll around the square and check out the shops and cafes in the area.
Visit the Church of the Shepherds, located nearby in the town of Beit Sahour.
Head to the nearby town of Artas to visit the Solomon Pools. These historic pools were once used for irrigation and are now a popular tourist destination.
