Day 01

Arrival at Nsimalen International Airport and Transfer to Yaounde

  • Welcome at the Nsimalen International Airport and transfer to the hotel.

Journey from Yaounde to Batouri via Bertoua

  • Early morning departure from Yaounde to Batouri. Make several stopovers to visit attractions, including cities, villages, and pygmy camps.

Overnight in a small hotel.

Drive to Mambele via Yokadouma

  • Drive to Mambele village, where you will experience a cultural and traditional pygmy dance in the evening.

Overnight in a guesthouse.

Enter Lobeke National Park and Camp at Petite Savanne

  • Complete administrative formalities with the park authorities and depart for the forest. Settle into the "Petite Savanne" camp, enjoy a snack, and rest. Start animal observation or a wildlife safari in the "Petite Savanne" in the afternoon.

Dinner and overnight in tents.

Wildlife Safari Around Petite Savanne

  • This day is dedicated to a wildlife safari in and around the "Petite Savanne."

Transfer to Grande Savanne for Full-Day Animal Observation

  • Breakfast and departure from the "Petite Savanne" to the "Grande Savanne." Spend the whole day observing animals here, followed by an overnight stay in the "Grande Savanne" camp.

Morning Safari at Grande Savanne and Return Trek

  • Enjoy a safari in the "Grande Savanne" in the morning, then trek back to the "Petite Savanne" in the afternoon. Upon arrival, have dinner and stay overnight in the "Petite Savanne" camp.

Morning Safari and Return to Mambele

  • Safari in the "Petite Savanne" in the morning. Depart for the car drop-off point in the afternoon. Arrive at the car drop-off point and drive to Mambele. Upon arrival in Mambele, enjoy activities with pygmies in the evening.

Dinner and overnight in the guest house.

Drive from Mambele to Batouri

  • Drive to Batouri via Salapoumbe and Yokadouma.

Arrival and overnight in a small hotel in Batouri.

Return Drive from Batouri to Yaounde

  • Drive from Batouri to Yaounde.

Arrival in the evening, dinner and overnight.

Yaounde City Tour and Airport Transfer

  • City tour of Yaounde and purchase of souvenir objects. Transfer to the Nsimalen International Airport in the evening.

End of tour.
