  • Visit Nahuel Ñadi Park. Here, we find the emblematic Alerce (Fitzroya cupressoides: Patagonian cypress), with specimens over 800 years old, though in areas far from civilization, high in the cordilleras of the region, they can be more than 5,000 years old. In this forest, we also find Coigues (Nothofagus dombeyi), Canelos (Drimys winteri), Tepas (Laureliopsis philippiana: native laurel), Lumas (Amomyrtus luma), Arrayanes (Luma apiculata), and Tepuales, among other species.
