Day 01

Masada, Qumran and the Dead Sea

The day will start with a visit to Masada by cable car.
Head to the Northern Palace, also known as the "Hanging Palace," which was built on the hilltop on the north side of Masada and continues two levels down over the edge of the cliffs.
Marvel at the Water system in the middle of the desert, the Western Palace, the amazing Roman Bath, and other fascinating sites on the top of the mountain.
After leaving Masada, continue to Qumran, where the most important Israeli archaeological findings were discovered - the Dead Sea Scrolls. Learn about their story, as well as other unique findings. The day will also include a short bath in the Dead Sea.
