This beginners/intermediate-level route covers 3 miles along beautiful trails, offering the chance to experience remarkable wildlife, diverse ecosystems, and lush landscapes. Day 01

Naturalist Hike at Children's Eternal Rainforest Pocosol

  • We'll meet in San Isidro de Peñas Blancas town at 6:30 am. The time can be rearranged according to your needs.
  • We will drive for about 40 minutes to the entrance of Pocosol Station. This is a perfect place for nature lovers, and Pocosol Station is a great place for wildlife observation since it is part of the biggest private reserve in Costa Rica.
  • Walking through the trails, we will see a big waterfall that is around 120 ft tall, a natural lagoon that is great for bird-watching, and some chimneys that show part of the volcanic activity of the area.
  • At 12:30, we can arrange lunch at the station or conclude the tour.
