- We will get to know three types of markets in the Mahane Yehuda market: the covered market, the central market, and the Iraqi market.
- We will visit an authentic bakery that bakes a traditional pita called "Ashtanur"; the secrets of its preparation were brought by the new immigrants to Israel from Arab countries.
