Day 01

Masada, Ein Gedi, and the Dead Sea from Tel Aviv

• A professional guide/driver will meet you in the hotel lobby or at another meeting point in Tel Aviv, Ashdod, Eilat, Jerusalem, Netanya, or Herzliya for a fascinating full-day tour.
• During this tour, you will see two of Israel's most iconic sites: Masada and the Dead Sea.
• Along the way, your guide will share a concise history of the country and the places you will visit.
• Upon arriving at Masada, you will ascend the mountain by cable car to tour the magnificent remains of the 2,000-year-old palace built by King Herod. You will also walk through the ruins of Masada and learn the dramatic story of the last Jewish battle against the Roman Empire that took place there.
• After visiting Masada, you will continue to the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve and see the biggest oasis in Israel.
• Leaving Ein Gedi, you will head to the Dead Sea for a therapeutic experience. The Dead Sea is a world wonder, and its mineral water and fine weather are well known for their health and relaxation benefits. Your guide will show you one of the most splendid beaches of the Dead Sea, where you will float in the miraculous salty water, apply the well-known mineral mud, and mostly relax and enjoy yourself.
• Later, you will return to Tel Aviv, Eilat, Jerusalem, Netanya, or Herzliya to conclude the tour.
