- A Cordano Family Winery (Capilla Warehouse) is an establishment founded as a grocery store in 1855 by one of the first Italian immigrants to arrive in the region.
- Upon arriving in Carmelo, the small town will dazzle you with the warmth of its people. As you continue toward the rural area, you will enter the vineyard landscape and find a historic colonial house, framed by large muscat grapevines and beautiful bougainvilleas at the entrance.
- Discover the history of this family with a winemaking tradition directly related to the maternal family of one of Uruguay's most famous former presidents: José Mujica Cordano.
