Day 01

Saint Lucia Scenic Drive, Rum Distillery and Vigie Beach

• Meet your tour guide and depart from the cruise ship pier in Castries between 9:00 and 9:45 for a scenic drive south toward the Roseau banana plantation, passing historic buildings and scenic viewpoints along the way. Stop at the rum distillery after an approximately 45-minute drive.
• Visit the Roseau Valley Rum Distillery, with an opportunity for local rum tasting and shopping. Spend about 30 minutes to 1 hour here, from 9:45 to 10:45.
• Drive to the Marigot Bay viewpoint in about 5 minutes, from 10:45 to 10:50. Enjoy a photo stop at the viewpoint for about 10 minutes, from 10:50 to 11:00.
• Continue to Eudovic's Art Studio, an approximately 20-minute drive away, and enjoy time for shopping for local arts and crafts for about 55 minutes, from 11:20 to 12:15.
• Drive to Vigie Beach in approximately 15 minutes, from 12:15 to 12:30. At Vigie Beach, enjoy swimming, and lunch can be purchased at a local Creole restaurant along the beach. Spend time here from 12:30 to 14:00.
• Return to the ship port, approximately 3 miles away, in about 1 1/2 hours.
