Hyderabad Heritage Tour
- Meet your tour guide and begin your Hyderabad heritage tour.
- Start at Golconda Fort, one of the best and most well-maintained forts in India. It was originally built and ruled by the Kakatiyas of Warangal, and later by the Delhi Sultans, Bahamani Sultans, and finally the Qutb Shahi dynasty of Persia.
- Visit the Qutub Shahi Tombs. These are the only tombs of their kind in the world, where an entire dynasty was buried in one place, and they were built during the rulers' lifetimes.
- See Charminar, the most beautiful landmark of Hyderabad, which laid the foundation of the city. Also see Charkaman, the four gateways in front of Charminar and one of the best examples of the Charbagh concept.
- Offer your prayers at Jama Masjid, the first mosque in Hyderabad, and also visit Mecca Mosque, the third largest mosque in India.
- Go to Lad Bazaar, the famous bangle street, popularly known as wedding street. If you are interested, you can also see bangle making.
- Head to Chowmahalla, one of the most beautiful palaces and the official residential palace of the Nizams of Hyderabad, who were once the richest men in the world.
- Drive to Hussain Sagar Lake, a beautiful man-made lake from the 16th century. In the middle of the lake, you can see the world's largest monolithic statue of the Buddha.
