The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Lushoto and Hike to Magamba Rainforest

• Before breakfast, depart from Tanga City to Lushoto. Stop on the way for breakfast, then proceed to Lushoto Town for a hike to Magamba Rainforest and Irente View Point. Lunch will be served at Irente Biodiversity Reserve Hotel. Later, drive back to Lushoto Town for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 02

Hike Toward Mtae via Lukozi

• After breakfast, start hiking and walking toward Mtae, a distance of 40 km. When you begin to feel tired, you will use the vehicle. Lunch will be served at Lukozi, and later proceed to Rangwi Sisters Convent for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 03

Mtae Tour and Return to Tanga

• After breakfast, have a full-day tour in Mtae. Later, at around 3:00 pm, drive back to Tanga for dinner and an overnight stay. End of the tour.
