Day 01

Boat Trip and Beach Time on Bongoyo Island

• Meet your tour guide, who will pick you up between 08:00 and 9:00 a.m. after breakfast and transfer you to the Slipway shopping center for the boat to Bongoyo Island.
• Board the boat to Bongoyo Island at 11:30. The boat ride normally takes about 30 minutes. Make sure you have a plastic or waterproof bag to keep your valuables safe during the ride, as you can sometimes get splashed quite heavily. You will arrive in time for lunch, relaxation, and exploring the island.
• Take the boat back to the Slipway shopping center and return to Dar es Salaam at 17:00, or at any time you choose between 12:30 and 17:00.
